At Ethnotex Private Limited, quality is at the core of everything we do. As a trusted apparel manufacturing and sourcing company based in Bangladesh, we are committed to delivering garments that meet the highest international standards.

Our structured quality control (QC) process ensures that every step — from fabric sourcing to final shipment — is handled with precision, care, and compliance. Here’s how we maintain our promise of quality across every order.
1. Raw Material Inspection
Our QC journey starts with a thorough inspection of all incoming raw materials — fabrics, trims, and accessories.
What we check:
- Fabric width, GSM, colorfastness, shrinkage, and visual defects
- Trims: zippers, buttons, labels, threads — verified for consistency and performance
Our Standard:
We follow the internationally recognized 4-Point Fabric Inspection System to ensure that only approved materials are used in production.
2. Pre-Production Sample (PPS) Approval
Before starting bulk production, we develop a pre-production sample (PPS) using actual materials and construction methods.
Purpose:
To align expectations with our clients and internal production team. This includes:
- Fit and measurement accuracy
- Stitching and workmanship
- Trim placement and packaging
Once approved by the buyer, the PPS becomes the benchmark for the entire production process.
3. In-Line Quality Control
We implement in-line inspections at multiple stages of the production line to catch issues early and ensure smooth operations.
What we monitor:
- Stitching quality and accuracy
- Seam strength, thread tension, and label placement
- Measurement tolerances and visual defects
Benefit:
By addressing problems in real-time, we reduce rejection rates and maintain production efficiency.
4. End-Line Quality Control
As garments come off the sewing line, they undergo a comprehensive end-line inspection.
Checklist Includes:
- Final appearance
- Construction details
- Missing labels or trims
- Seam and thread quality
We follow AQL 2.5 or 1.5, depending on the buyer’s requirement, to ensure top-tier quality.
5. Finishing & Packing QC
Every garment is inspected again after pressing, folding, tagging, and packing.
Focus Points:
- Correct folding and tag placement
- Polybag and carton labeling
- Barcode scanning and size stickers
- Packaging standards specific to buyer guidelines
We ensure a clean, retail-ready presentation for every piece.
6. Final Random Inspection (FRI)
A final audit is carried out — internally or via third-party inspection agencies — before goods are shipped.
Objective:
To confirm that the shipment meets all quality and compliance requirements.
Deliverables:
- Final inspection report
- Defect analysis and photos
- Buyer checklist verification
This is the last gate before export, and we take it seriously.
